Modern Music Playlist for July 22, 2016

This week: Alan Vega, legendary co-founder of the hugely influential NYC duo Suicide, passed away last Saturday and we’ll remember him with a couple of my favorite tracks. We’ll also hear from a forthcoming new record from North Carolina duo Hiss Golden Messenger, and underground classic from Psychic TV, more new music from the Avalanches as well as Dinosaur Jr. plus local music from the Ill Itches.
