Detroit Principal Taps Community to Support Grads Headed to College

Sponsors are helping seniors at Cass Tech prepare for life away from home.

Many students graduating from high school this month who are headed to college in the fall can rely on their families to help them make that transition – but not all. The principal of Cass Technical High School in Detroit is making sure her college-bound students have the means and the support to get there.
