Strike Looming for the United Auto Workers

Fiat Chrysler and the UAW have until 11:59 tonight to reach a contract agreement before workers strike

The United Auto Workers are threatening a strike against Fiat Chrysler if a deal isn’t reached between the automaker and the union. The threat comes on the heels of union members soundly rejecting a tentative contract last week. If an agreement isn’t reached auto workers will go on strike at 11:59 tonight. What could this mean for the auto industry?  Do the unions hold as much sway as they did in the past? Stephen speaks with Paul Eisenstein—publisher of The Detroit Bureau—about the looming strike and ongoing negotiations.
