A University of Michigan student died over the summer after falling from a parking deck, and through a glass enclosure. Apparently he was drinking heavily, and partying with other students. Extreme incidents – many involving fraternities and sororities have new attention focused on an important question – is this just what kids do, or is there a real problem with alcohol consumption and the ills that accompany it in higher education? Stephen Henderson speaks with writer Nancy Derringer and editor David Zeman from Bridge Magazine about an article they did looking at drinking on campus.
