University of Detroit Mercy President Works to Stabilize West Side Neighborhoods

Dr. Antoine Garibaldi says U of D Mercy is working to revitalize Livernois Avenue.

Detroit area colleges and universities are examining what role they can play in reimagining the city’s K-12 schools  But they’re also working to strengthen several communities in the city.  

University of Detroit Mercy is one of those institutions.  President Antoine Garibaldi says U of D Mercy has been working to stabilize neighborhoods near Livernois on the city’s west side.
