Congress is contemplating launching a review of the nation’s entire criminal justice system.

And homicide is once again on the rise in Detroit.

But a man who worked with law enforcement in Cincinnati and Los Angeles, Detroit Police Chief James Craig, tells WDET’s Quinn Klinefelter that crime statistics can be misleading.
