Colorado’s Pot Culture

Should Michigan legalize marijuana? Or was it a bridge too far just to legalize medical pot?

According to the latest projections, total marijuana tax revenues are now expected to climb to $94 million annually by 2016. Aspen Public Radio’s Rob St. Mary joins Stephen to talk about the new pot culture in his state.
