Proto-punk phenoms Death entered the zeitgeist with the 2012 documentary film ”A Band Called Death“. Now the Hackney brothers return with their highly anticipated sophomore release, N.E.W., which comes both as a tribute to their longtime fans and to their recently-passed brother, DavidDannis and Bobby, stop by to talk about brand new projects at United Sound Systems in Detroit and partnering with the Smithsonian Institution only with WDET’s Travis Wright.
