Gov. Snyder’s Last State of the State

What will the term-limited Snyder say in his last State of the State address?

If history is any guide, in his final State of the State speech next week Gov. Snyder will thank a lot of officials and military members, tout businesses, mention education, and talk a little infrastructure.  Here’s an archive of transcripts of his speeches if you want to do some more research.

You can tune in to WDET at 101.9 FM or online at 7 p.m. Tuesday to actually hear the speech, the Democratic response and analysis.

And if you have suggestions for what he SHOULD be saying, you can make them here.

Meanwhile, if you’re making your bingo cards to use while you listen, here’s a look back at how many times he’s used certain terms and addressed certain subjects, based on an analysis of those transcripts.

Click on the colored bar on each graph to see a year-by-year count of the terms.
