Snyder Announces Pilot Program to Improve Infrastructure

Snyder announced a regional pilot program to develop framework for statewide infrastructure management.

Gov. Rick Snyder announced a regional infrastructure pilot program in Detroit on Monday that will include a framework for statewide asset management.

The program would allow utility and transportation companies to share information regarding inventory and to better improve Michigan’s roads. The Michigan Department of Transportation will participate in the pilot.
