Detroit native and nationally renowned DJ/taste maker Nina Morena is this week's guest DJ on the SUNDAY SESSIONS, Sunday, June 24, 11:00 p.m. (EST) immediately following THE PROGRESSIVE UNDERGROUND with Chris Campbell.
Since 2003, Morena's tenures/associations with Atlanta-based Digital DJs, international progressive music marketing firm Fusicology and the national soul music magazine/lifestyle company Soul Tracks has solidified her reputation as one of progressive music's staunchest advocates.
Morena's overall contributions to the deep house, hip hop and soul music communities have helped to make the music viable and accessible to a wider audience. Morena has contributed to projects with artists/entities such as, KissnGrind, Vikter Duplaix, Russell Taylor, DEEP, Wet, Monica Blaire, Carmen Rogers and Yahzarah.
Morena has also developed the Deep Soul Sessions podcast, which has since been syndicated on London’s Warrior FM radio network and various other radio stations foreign and domestically.
