“Will you vote to overturn Michigan’s Emergency Manager Law?”

The Michigan Supreme Court ruled on Friday that a proposal overturning the state’s emergency manager law will be on November’s ballot. Supporters of the measure say emergency managers are un-democratic. Opponents say the act is needed to stabilize struggling cities and school districts.
