"Water Song" by Sidewalk Chalk represents the first video release of the group comprised of an emcee, singer, trio of keys, bass, and drums, trumpet, trombone and, to top it all off, a tap-dancer. Describing themselves as the evolution of Hip-Hop, Soul and Jazz, the outfit's first LP, Corner Store, dropped in March. As near as I can tell, these guys like having fun as evidenced by this video, complete with the classiest use of bubbles since Herbie Hancock. I mean, seriously, bubbles? How can you go wrong with that??
