The winning bid for the dilapidated Packard Plant came in at over 6 millions dollars, however the Texan that won the plant was unable to come through with the money and the Packard is back up for grabs. The plant could now go to one of the two next highest bidders, whose bids are only about one thousand dollars apart. Chicago developer, Bill Hults, is next in line for Packard and if he fails to produce the cash it falls to the Peru developer, Fernando Palazuelo. Hults talks to Craig about his plans for the plant if he is able to purchase it, and about the Texas developer who was unable to come through with the money.
