Craig talks with Jennifer Frey, Director of Community Development for Northville, and John Truscott of Truscott Rossman Communications about the Northville Park Place construction. Truscott represents Schostak Brothers and Company, the developers behind the project.
Northville Park Place, a retail and mixed use development, is an 82-acre project that will comprise up to 500,000 square feet of total space. 100,000 square feet will be leased by the University of Michigan Health System.
The project is expected to bring 90-100 full-time jobs and 300 different on-site skilled trade workers, David Schostack told The Detroit News.
