Warren Schools Expand Access to Instruments

Warren Consolidated Schools has announced that every fifth grader in the district will take one session of band this year. Previously, band was an option for students but not required. Students will choose from one of four different instruments which will be loaned to them free of charge. Craig speaks with Warren Consolidated Schools Superintendent Dr. Robert Livernois about the district's decision and why it's beneficial for students.
