WARM Training Center's Jacob Corvidae on Making Neighborhoods Energy Efficient

WARM Training Center is working on a major program, taking six Detroit neighborhoods and six suburban neighborhoods and bringing resources to find out what it would take to make every home in the selected neighborhoods energy efficient. In the process,they're not only hoping to transform these neighborhoods and make improvements for these homeowners, but also to learn what works and what doesn't through a scientific analysis that will help inform energy programs across the nation.
