The 1600 workers of the Chattanooga, TN Volkswagen plant have a vote to see if they want to be represented by the UAW this week. The talks have been met with some resistance from the Tennessee legislature as it is a right-to-work state. Nemeth Law Labor Attorney, Cliff Hammond and reporter for the Chattanooga Time Free Press, Mike Pare talk to Craig about the vote and what it could mean for unions and foreign automakers and right-to-work. Also VW autoworker, Ed Hunter gives Craig a first hand account of events in the Chattanooga plant and the labor talks taking place.
