"The Troll Under the Bridge"

Dorothy Zammitt is the owner of Lockeman's Hardware and Boats. Lockeman's was established in Detroit's Delray neighborhood in 1918 and now is one of only a few businesses left standing on the block. When the DRIC project is completed, Dorothy says that due to her businesses' location she will become the "troll under the bridge."
