Technology has dramatically changed the world of travel for consumers. On-line booking, ticketing and check-in have been around a while, but many other changes like using your smart phone to scan in your boarding ticket or paying for beverages with a credit card have increased convenience as well. You may think that technology has rendered travel agents obsolete, but that's not the case according to Craig's two guests. He finds out where technology is moving the travel industry with Kate Rosevear, the owner of Plymouth Travel Leaders location which focuses largely on leisure travel and Pam Edwartoski, owner of Troy Travel Leaders location focusing on business travel.
