Transit Group Gives DDOT An "F" On Report Card

Transportation Riders United (TRU) issued a report card in which the transit group gave DDOT an "F." The group also offered 25 recommendations to improve bus service in the city of Detroit. WDET's Noah Ovshinsky joins Craig to talk about the report.
