Tony Michaels From Parade Company Talks Detroit Fireworks

Craig speaks with Tony Michaels from the Parade Company about this years 54th Target Fireworks in Detroit. Security and clean up for the fireworks is usually taken care of by the City of Detroit, but Mayor Dave Bing recently said that they can't afford it this year due to budgetary constraints. This begs the question: Who is going to pay for it? They discuss what to expect at this years fireworks, what the Parade Company is doing to take care of security concerns and take calls for listeners.
