Indoor Tilapia Farm Coming to The City of Detroit

Gary Wozniak received a 1-million dollar grant to start an indoor Tilapia farm in Detroit. The farm will also provide jobs for people in recovery who would otherwise have a hard time finding work. Gary joins Craig in the studio to talk about his vision for the farm.
