The Help, the new movie about African American maids in the US in the 1960s opens in theaters Wednesday, August 10th and it got us thinking about "the help" today. Who are domestic workers 50 years after the time that this film takes place? What has improved and what are some of the issues that these workers still face?
Craig talks with Marisa Huston, Lead Organizer of the Washtenaw County Worker Center. They run the Household Worker Organizing Project.
