The South by Southwest Art Festival (SXSW) in Austin, Texas, kicked off on March 9th with over 2,000 acts at 90 venues. The festival draws thousands of people each year and has gained a reputation for launching musicians to widespread success. At this year's SXSW, there will be a "Michigan Tastes and Tunes" that will host Michigan based artists the Ragbirds, Flashclash, Stepdad, Greensky Bluegrass, and Garrett Borns. Craig talks with WDET's Travis Wright and Editor in Chief of the hip hop magazine "The Smoking Section," Gotty.
