U.S. Supreme Court Upholds Michigan Ban On Affirmative Action

Photo Courtesy Of: Affirmact Blogspot Yesterday it was announced that the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Michigan's ban on Affirmative Action. This doesn’t mean Affirmative Action is banned nationwide. It means states such as Michigan have the right to ban Affirmative Action in their state constitutions. The decision also means universities and institutions cannot use race and gender as deciding factors in the admissions process.
