After what may have been a relaxing and enjoyable weekend, many of us, are back into the weekly grind and as Monday wears on, our stress levels can creep up. WDET's Amy Miller speaks with Dr. Steven Thiry about changing habits and behavior to get a better handle on stress. Thiry explains that there are ways to deal with stress but that some of us lack a fundamental awareness that can be the key to managing it. Dr. Steven Thiry is a specialist in stress management at IHA Family Medicine in Ann Arbor.
