The National Wildlife Federation says that the eight states involved in the Great Lakes Compact have all made progress toward the policy objectives set over two years ago, but much work remains to meet a December 2013 deadline for water conservation measures. Craig speaks with Marc Smith, senior policy manager for National Wildlife Federation and takes listeners' calls on whether our business needs for water should trump water conservation in the Great Lakes.
