A package of bills in the state Senate would stiffen penalties -- including the threat of jail time -- against people who own blighted properties in and around Detroit. Craig speaks with bill sponsors state Senator Bert Johnson (D - Highland Park) and state Senator Virgil Smith (D - Detroit). Craig takes calls on blight and some of the issues property owners face.
