Senate Hearings for the New International Trade Crossing Have Begun

State Sen. Mike Kowall, R-White Lake, is beginning a series of hearings on legislation to allow the creation of a governmental authority for a New International Trade Crossing (NITC) between Detroit and Windsor, Canada.
