Rick Santorum announced Tuesday that he is no longer going to be participating in the GOP primary. Santorum held a press conference around 2 o'clock on Tuesday where he confirmed speculation of whether he would be dropping out of the race. Craig is joined by Saul Anuzi to discuss the situation.
