After Rush Limbaugh's inflammatory remarks about Georgetown Law student Sandra Fluke, Craig consults Wayne State Law Professor Bob Sedler about whether or not Limbaugh can be sued for his comments. Limbaugh said of Fluke: "She's having so much sex, she can't afford the contraception." Bob explains that Limbaugh's statements are protected by the First Amendment. Sedler identifies the statements as hyperbole, but not a false statment of fact.
