Minnesota Light Rail System

Metro Detroit lacks a regional transportation system. There are plans to create one, but money and politics are getting in the way. Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota is the latest metro area to build a light rail system, similar to the one being considered by our region. Craig and Noah speak with Minnesota's Commissioner of Ramsey County, Jim McDonough, about the highlights and hurdles faced by his community with the development and expansion of the light rail. Megan Owens, Executive Director of Transportation Riders United and Macomb County Commissioner David Flynn also join the discussion.
