Study Shows Wealth Gap Between Blacks and Whites Has Tripled in America

A Brandeis University study shows that the wealth gap between blacks and whites has tripled between 1984 and 2009. The median white family is 8 times richer than the median black family. Camille Zubrinsky Charles, Ph.D. Professor of Sociology at The Center for Africana Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, talks with Craig about why this disparity exists.
