Psychotherapist Sheri Moskowitz Noga has been in practice for over 30 years, working with families and children. In 2010, she wrote the book “Have the Guts to Do it Right: Raising Grateful and Responsible Children in an Era of Indulgence,” after observing a deterioration in childrens' emotional states over the past 10-15 years. Her goal? To help parents listen to their own "gut" and not get lost in a culture of immediate gratification and over-indulgence.
