Continuing our pre-election voting guide, we offer a pro and con debate on Proposal 2, the collective bargaining proposal.

Craig is joined by former U.S. Representative Mark Schauer and Rob Fowler, President and CEO of the Small Business Association of Michigan, to debate the pros and cons of Proposal 2. A "yes" vote on Proposal 2 would enshrine collective bargaining rights for all workers in the state constitution.
