Senatorial Candidate Pete Hoekstra's campaign ad is causing some controversy, much of it questioning whether or not the ad is insensitive or racist. Regardless of the insensitivity, the ad is just another in a very long history in this country of using Asians as a group to be feared. Here are just a few recent commercials.
