The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and the law firm of Covington & Burling announced they are bringing a lawsuit against the airline and government agencies responsible for the arrest, detainment and strip-search of a freelance journalist at Detroit Metro Airport on Sept. 11, 2011.
