On today's show Rick Pluta, managing editor and state Capitol bureau chief of Michigan Public Radio Network, highlights the big issues he predicts Governor Snyder will include in the Michigan State of the State address tonight at 7:00PM. Then, listeners discuss the issues they feel the Governor needs to address. In WDET Legislation Trivia, callers compete for tickets to Eisenhower Dance Ensemble's " Red Hot & Blue" show at the Detroit Opera House this Saturday, January 19th at 7:30PM.

Michigan will be represented in more ways than one during President Obama's Inaugural Parade. Lorenzo Veal, Director of the Multi-jurisdictional Mounted Police Drill Team and Color Guard and Jocelyn Benson, spokesperson for Michigan Military Spouses sit down in the studio with Craig to discuss their organization's contributions to the festivities.

Then, John Hockenberry, host of The Takeaway on WDET, talks with Craig about the Twitter crowd-sourced People's Inaugural Poem. Beginning today, listeners can honor the Presidential Inauguration with 180 characters of poetry.

After that Craig discusses the details of how local companies and their employees are affected by new healthcare policies with Jerry Williams of PRISM Plastics, Scott Rice of Powerlink and Geoff Brieden of Kane Atwood Group Services, a metro Detroit based full service employee benefits consulting firm serving employers of all size.

MDOT has plans to spend almost $2 billion and an estimated twenty years to widen nearly seven miles of I-94. Metro Times News Editor Curt Guyette stops by the studio to discuss the topic with Craig in our weekly segment.

Then Automobile Magazine Executive Editor Todd Lassa joins Craig in the studio to discuss the showstopping exhibits at the 2013 North American International Auto Show.

Wrapping things up we hear Obama's speech regarding a packet of proposals to reduce gun violence and Craig takes calls from listeners to hear their opinions.
