The New York Times recently published a piece about Governor Rick Snyder, calling him an "enigma" in a "political age of ideological purity." Craig asks what sort of Republican is Gov. Snyder? Craig speaks with Andy Farbman, CEO of the Farbman Group about food truck rallies in Detroit, real estate activity in the city and what the rest of 2012 could look like for the real estate market. Ethriam Brammer, Associate Director of the Center for Latino and Latin American Studies at Wayne State University, and Sandra Gonzales, Professor of Bilingual/Bicultural Education at Wayne State University, stop by to discuss the impact of the Title VI Enforcement study and the civil rights in public education work they are currently working on in Southwest Detroit. While Nancy Cassis' name will be on the special ballot for the 11th Congressional District in September, she has no plans to actively campaign. Republican, Steve King will also be on the ballot and is currently campaigning for the special 45-day 11th Congressional spot. Craig welcomes Steve in studio to talk about his campaign.
