Detroit Free Press Education Reporter Chastity Pratt Dawsey joins Craig in the studio to discuss the implications of the Chicago teachers strike for Michigan teachers. What's the takeaway for teachers here? Craig and Chastity also speak with listeners about what criteria they believe should be used to evaluate teachers.

Meanwhile, Education Trust-Midwest released a report today that show that despite efforts to revamp the teacher evaluation process in Michigan, the results of teacher evaluations have not changed much.

Also, Amy Miller speaks with Belle Isle Conservancy members about the Belle Isle Aquarium reopening and its future plans. Afterward, among other things, Bankole Thompson discusses Belle Isle with Craig.
