Welcome back after the long Thanksgiving weekend! Today on the show, Craig tackles shopping, sports and more.

Craig, Woody Woodriffe and WDET's Pat Batchellor take a look at what happened in Detroit sports this weekend. Craig discusses a group of business owners' plan to 'Fix the Debt' with Sandy Baruah of the Detroit Regional Chamber and co-chair of the Michigan chapter of the Fix the Debt campaign. With parents and high school seniors around the country nervously getting ready to hit 'send' on their college applications, Cranbrook Kingswood Upper School's associate dean of college counseling Patrick O'Connor discusses how to put together the perfect application. A group of charity officials join Craig to talk about their biggest challenges in the upcoming holiday season. Craig talks listener calls on whether or not they look at where their holiday purchases were made as they shop for loved ones. And WDET's Laura Weber-Davis talks about an Ann Arbor native's campaign to save the elephants.
