Shiener, M.D., WSU assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences in the School of Medicine who addresses the various psychological issues surrounding these tragic events; and Matthew W. Seeger, crisis and emergency risk communication expert, who has written extensively on school shootings and discusses the the long-term impact of such tragedies.
