On today's show, Rick Pluta joins Craig to discuss measures moving through Michigan's Republican-led legislature. Last night, WDET and the Chaldean News partnered to host a cultural community meeting at the Shanandoah Country Club in West Bloomfield. The meeting was part of WDET's ongoing "Crossing the Lines" project -- looking at the various ways Metro Detroit comes together and divides itself. Craig is joined by members of the Chaldean community to discuss the meeting and important issues for Chaldeans in Metro Detroit.

Craig speaks with Danielle Kaltz and Brad Frost about Detroit Revealed, Through the Eyes of the Homeless exhibit opening at the Detroit Public Library, June 15. Before this weekend's Michigan Glass Project, Craig speaks with organizers Allison Key, Drew Kups and Jesse Knots about the event, which will raise money to re-open the Belle Isle Aquarium. Craig is also joined by Michigan State University Assistant Professor of Political Science Matt Grossmann to discuss his new book, "The Not-So-Special Interests: Interest Groups, Public Representation, and American Governance."

Michigan Chronicle Editor, Bankole Thompson speaks with Craig about what can be done to boost diversity on juries. WDET's Rob St. Mary closes out the show with author and illustrator Derf Backderf. The two discuss Backderf's new graphic novel, "My Friend Dahmer," which chronicles the true story of Backderf's friendship with a young Jeffrey Dahmer in Bath, Ohio.
