On today's show Craig speaks with union leaders who represent City of Detroit workers. As the new fiscal year begins, uncertainty about AFSCME and AFL-CIO contracts lingers. Craig brings back the Fellows from Code for America/Detroit to discuss how the program may help with community engagement and some problem solving as Detroit works on projects to try and improve the city. We also hear from Travel Leaders about the results from a couple of new surveys rating consumer satisfaction and how much travelers are willing to shell out for a vacation.

WDET's Laura Weber speak with Diane Smith of the Michigan Apple Community about the abysmal 2012 season for many fruits and early vegetables.

Kresge Arts Detroit has announced it's 2012 fellowship winners. Craig speaks with Director, Michelle Perron about this years recipients. Also, Flint native, Entrepreneur and Author, David Tarver discusses his life overcoming racial barriers and his drive to succeed in school and in business. Then Nancy Kaffer of Crains Detroit Business speaks with Craig about how Hantz Farms is scaling back it's urban agriculture plans because of a few snags in city policies.
