According to recent research out of Israel, tears of women cause testosterone levels and sexual arousal in men to plummet.

While Dr. George Preti, an organic chemist in Philadelphia, is not involved in that particular study, he has extensively researched the mysterious and fascinating science of pheromones. Dr. Preti sits down with WDET's Laura Weber Davis to discuss how the odors of other people can affect our moods.
