Governor Snyder is, after all, a Republican - but we haven't seen many bills related to social issues get pushed through since he took office. Surely this is leaving social conservatives a little antsy or at least eager to take advantage of having a Republican in office. But is Governor Snyder that kind of Republican? When faced with the inevitable push from social conservatives to get their agenda passed, will Governor Snyder sign?
Pro-Life proponents have several bills in the works. We talk to Ed Rivet, Legislative Director for Right To Life Michigan, to find out if they think their time is now. Also, we talk with the Michigan Public Radio Network's Rick Pluta to get his take on what will happen with conservative social legislation like that of Right to Life Michigan.
