Created by professor of Criminal Justice at John Jay College in New York City, "Operation Ceasefire" is a revolutionary violent crime prevention program that has parolees and those on probation meet with prosecutors, clergy, members of the community and former victims. U.S Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan Barbara McQuade explains how the the program can help ease some of the violence in Detroit.
