Occupy Detroit is a movement born from a solidarity with the anti-big business protests now underway in New York and throughout the country. Craig talks to organizers of the first Occupy Detroit event, which is meeting tonight for its first general assembly. His guest is Ife Johari Uhuru, who is the co-founder of Occupy the Hood, a branch of the movement that is trying to reach out to minorities.
The general assembly meets at 7:00pm tonight at Spirit of Hope Church, located at 1519 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
