Brian Connolly President and CEO, Oakwood Healthcare and Daniel Little, Ph.D., Chancellor, University of Michigan-Dearborn spoke with Craig at the Mackinac Policy Conference about their research partnership that will focus on best practices in education for children, families, teachers and healthcare professionals that can be replicated and shared on a national and international basis.

The groundbreaking collaboration between Oakwood Healthcare and UM-Dearborn began as a way to create a more inclusive environment for kids with and without disabilities from both clinical and educational perspectives. Oakwood's Center for Exceptional Families is a model center for families with special challenges.
